Mrs B hasn't been on site again for a few days and what a progress! Downstairs is nearly ready for the plasterers and painters! It's really going to be a house, a real house :-) Somehow it's only now really starting to sink in that we are going to be living here in Finland, in a house we have designed for us, that is being built for us, by Ukki the builder and his crew Grandad and Mr B. How exciting!

Lots of timber already been painted and still loads and loads to go... glad we ordered the outside cladding ready painted with undercoat and 1 coat of paint!

Carport roof is ready, with the end tiles running along the side and safety rails for keeping the snow from falling on top of anyone passing...
