So the foundation and ground work is nearly done, we are just waiting for the underfloor heating to be installed and then we are ready to cast the concrete slab! Once that is done (latest by next Monday) it's time for a little party, "valutalkoot" as we say in finnish. Mr B might have to open that nice bottle of Cognag he has stacked away and share it with the two hard working men, Ukki and Grandpa, who both have been slaving away non-stop since the beginning of the build.
Mr B and Ruben testing out the field behind the house for hockey, a welcome break from tying the iron bars! Ruben loves to drop by the building site after his morning in the day care.
